Greetings Youth Leader,
We are extremely pleased to announce our Summer Camp for this year. It’s exciting to be able to have camp for the first time in 3 years!
On July 8-10, we will be hosting our camp at Highland Lakes Camp in Spicewood, TX (Austin area). Our keynote speaker for this camp will be Matt Austin, Evangelist from Houston, TX.
Please be aware of the new registration fees and deadlines as well as the separate forms for adults and youth that can be downloaded online. Also, be aware that every adult ages 18 and up will need to have a background check performed once their form is sent in.
As we are preparing for the greatest camp ever, we want to encourage your church to register on time. Because the campsite space is limited, accommodations will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. If your church chooses to register on-site campers or only do on-site registration, your students may or may not be able to dorm together. For more information regarding camp, refer to the “Important Information” sheet below. All forms are now available electronically and signatures are made possible through DocuSign.
Please note that there is a separate form for those over the age of 18 and that every church must also fill out a group form for mail-in registrations.
We cannot wait for you to be at this life-changing event. We are believing the best for you and your ministry.

STEP 1 - TLYM Registration & Deposit
Choose whether it is a student or adult registrant.
A $50 deposit is required of each person to secure your spot and final price. The remaining balance will be at camp. (You can also pay the balance in full at this time.)
This form should be filled out by the parent/guardian as it requires signatures.
All adults ages 18 years and older must complete this form in order to complete a background check.
STEP 2 - HIGHLAND LAKES MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
Our campground requires separate medical release forms to be signed by the parent/legal guardian or adult.
Choose the appropriate form below.
STEP 3 - Child Protection Training
Every adult needs to watch the child protection training videos and complete the test at the end. You can set up a free account using the link below. You must print out your certificate and bring it with you to camp.
*If you DO NOT do so prior to camp, you will be required to do so at the camp.
STEP 4 - Additional FORMS
All medications brought to camp must be included on this form and given to the church leader who will give it to the Medical Staff of Highland Lakes Camp at camp check-in.
All medications must be listed on this form and placed in a large Ziploc bag, along with this form.
Prescription medication must be properly labeled, if dosage on the container is different than what is to be given, a doctor’s note must accompany the prescription with current instructions.
No medication will be given unless they are in original containers per Texas Department of State Health Services.
Highland Lakes Camp Medical Staff request that you do not send over-the-counter medications (i.e. Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Benadryl, etc). These types of medications can be provided by HLCCC.
This form MUST be brought as a hard copy form. It cannot be digital as this form must accompany all medications.
